HEAD CONSTABLE (CENTRAL STERILIZATION ROOM ASSISTANT) (CSR ASTT.)	Pay Level-4 in the Pay Matrix Rs. 25500 to 81100/- (as per 7th CPC).
CONSTABLE (PEON), CONSTABLE (TELEPHONE OPERATOR CUM RECEPTIONIST), CONSTABLE (DRESSER) AND CONSTABLE (LINEN KEEPER)	Pay Level-3 in the Pay Matrix Rs. 21700 to 69100/- (as per 7th CPC).

Education Qualification

Assistant Sub-Inspector (Laboratory Technician)	Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject from an recognized Board or equivalent. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.  One year experience as laboratory Technician in medical set up.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Radiographer)	Pass in the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject from a recognized Board or equivalent. Diploma in Radio Diagnosis from any recognized Institute of the Central or State Government.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (OT Technician)	Passed 12th examination or equivalent with science from a recognized board or University; and Diploma or certificate in Operation Theatre Technician from an institution recognized by the Central Government or the State Government
Assistant Sub-Inspector(Physiotherapist)	Passed 12th examination or equivalent from a recognized board or University; and Diploma or certificate in physiotherapy from an institution recognized by the Central or the State Government.
Head Constable (Central Sterilization Room Assistant) (CSR Astt.)	Passed 12th examination or equivalent with science from a recognized board or University; and  Diploma or certificate in Operation Theatre Technician from an institution recognized by the Central Government or the State Government.
Constable (Peon)	Passed Matriculation(10″) examination or equivalent from a recognized board or equivalent.
Constable(Telephone operator cum receptionist)	Passed Matriculation (10) examination or equivalent with science from recognized board or equivalent; and  One year’s experience as Telephone Operator in an Office or Hospital having a Telephone Exchange of at least 50 LINEN PBX systems with working knowledge of telephone LINEN lying.
Constable (Dresser)	Passed Matriculation (10) examination or equivalent from or equivalent; and a recognized board  One year experience as dresser in hospital or clinic.
Constable (linen Keeper)	Passed Matriculation (10th) examination or equivalent with science from recognized board or equivalent  One year’s experience in handling of LINE in a Hospital or other organization dealing in LINE.
